What a mess! But they sure had fun. We let the kids make their own gingerbread houses this year, plus Mom and Dad made one together. Most of the candy we already had in our house. Boy do we have a lot of candy in our house. Plus we love making the houses with graham crackers. It is easy, cheap and fun!
Dad got the kids cleaned up and dressed for bed and then they got to take a picture with their completed gingerbread houses. Merry Christmas to Kristy, she got a brand new digital camera. We have still been using the old fashion 35mm camera. We would take the pictures in to be developed and then have to scan them into the computer. I sure love digital cameras! It really is a camera for the whole family and we will sure love having and using it! Hopefully we can share more pictures more often with everyone!

Aren't gingerbread houses fun?! I think that will be our new tradition. My kids loved decorating theirs and they loved snacking on the candy and frosting while they worked. It was well worth the mess and the time.
I love the Christmas pics! We got your card, ours went out in the mail today-FINALLY!
