I have always been a person who likes blues and greens and calming colors better. But I enjoy sunflowers. I think it is a sentimental thing. I had a YW's leader that was big on sunflowers and she gave us some different things made of sunflowers. So we decided this year it would be fun to grow some sunflowers.
So Michael planted these HUGE sunflowers for me! I love them! He was out a couple of days ago and saw these bees all around it, so he took a picture.
Here is a wider view of a couple of the sunflowers. Some of them are getting SO heavy that they can't help but droop. When they are little they really did follow the sun...it was awesome!
