Labor Day = Busy Day

We were busy-busy this last Labor Day. We spent the day with the cousins. First Michael and Taylor took the kids (all but baby Brock) on the Y hike (while the mother's prepared for the rest of the day).

Afterwards Judy and I met up with them and we went to Bridal Veil Falls for a picnic lunch and some fun at the waterfall. They were going to hike up a little ways to the falls but instead we all just stayed at the bottom. The kids all enjoyed the bottom and were somewhat worn out from already having hiked the Y so it was great!

Another of the days fun activities. Most of the kids and the 2 dads went under the water. Mathew was "dunked" by his dad, but he gave his permission. Allison did it like 4 times. I guess the water was pretty cold though.

Afterwards we had a BBQ at our house...yummy food! And the kids got a popsicle for dessert...Brody was SO messy!!!

Overall it was a great day...VERY busy and active, but a fun time with some family.
