Sledding

Michael was able to leave early one afternoon before we left on Christmas Holiday and we went sledding. It was Nicholas' first time. We thought he'd enjoy it more than he did.

Michael and Nicholas went down the hill one time and Nicholas was VERY upset and fussy the rest of the time.

I love the way this picture looks...I just wish Nicholas was happier.

Allison and Mathew both enjoy sliding down the sledding hills on their tummies. Mathew especially enjoys using his snowpants and coat as his sled. It was fun to go as a family and get some pictures and videotaping...unfortunately Nicholas didn't co-operate as long as the kids would have liked and Allison got hurt on our way back to the van to leave.

So we'll have to look for another opportunity to enjoy sledding. Making memories is wonderful though!
