Let me just say that jack hammers are awful!!!! They should definitely NOT be used early in the morning. The city is working on our street, but I didn't think any of their work was suppose to start before 8 a.m. I was wrong. I will be so happy when the street is done and all open and not limited and not worked on early in the morning!!!!
