Dinosaur Museum

Allison had a dinosaur project due this last week. On Friday they did a "museum" in the school gym. It was pretty cool seeing all the fourth graders projects all dinosaur related. Allison and her dad got a bone from the local grocery store and sanitized it (boiled and sunshine) and then put it in some fast setting cement. Allison also added some rock and shells. She then put the bone/cement into a box with some dirt and had a paintbrush for the kids to uncover the bone. She also read up on what a paleontologist is and what they do.

I was really proud of what she did and we were glad to be done with it.
